Personal Renewal & Discovery Retreat

Feeling complacent, restless and unsure of what the future holds for you? Are you anxious about the upcoming holidays? You have ideas, passions and an itch for something, but just don’t know where to start? Or, you simply just want a little self-discovery? 

As the year comes to a close, you deserve a day to reflect and plan for 2019 by attending our upcoming Personal Renewal & Discovery Retreat. This retreat will give you a chance to relax in a beautiful location, relieving all daily pressures and allowing you to focus solely on yourself. This half-day session will clear your mind and eliminate roadblocks, so you can draw a conclusion around goals and desires, while creating a solid plan for the new year. 

During the retreat, we will enjoy activities that focus on:

  • Stress Management. We all have it, but we don't all know how to control it. Receive learning tools that will help you conquer multiple aspects of your life.

  • Self-awareness. Develop a powerful vision for what your ideal self looks and feels like during the holidays and beyond. Uncover what's been stopping you, slowing you down or holding you back.

  • YOUR plan and vision board. Leave with a crystal clear vision around YOUR personal, step-by-step plan. During our retreat, we will be creating a vision board, which is a collage of images, pictures and affirmations of your dreams and desires. This board will serve as a source of inspiration and motivation, bringing your very own vision to life. 

Time will be set aside for a relaxing chair massage, complements of Cindy Apthorpe of Cindy Apthorpe Massage Therapy (https://www.facebook.com/CindyApthorpeMassage). Lunch and light snacks will also be provided.
